Terms of Service

Acceptance and eligibility

By using ReplyMantra, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You must have authority to bind that organization.

You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or another agreement you are bound by.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access, credential compromise, or suspected misuse.

Use of the service

• You may use ReplyMantra to build, train, deploy, monitor, and manage AI chatbot experiences for legitimate business purposes.
• You may upload or connect content only if you have the right to do so and only for purposes permitted by law and these Terms.
• You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, bypass usage limits, or use the service to build a competing service from our proprietary systems or data.

Customer content and instructions

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of the content, URLs, files, and personal data you submit to the service. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for your use case.

You instruct ReplyMantra to process that content solely to provide and improve the contracted service, subject to our Privacy Policy, DPA, and your configuration choices.

AI outputs and human review

ReplyMantra uses retrieval and AI-generated outputs to answer questions and assist users. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or similarly high-stakes contexts.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Uploading malware, unauthorized personal data, or content that violates privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
• Using the service to spam, scrape unlawfully, harass, exploit vulnerabilities, or misrepresent the chatbot as a human where such disclosure is legally required.

Fees, plans, and suspension

Paid features, limits, and billing terms are governed by the plan you purchase or the order you accept. We may suspend access for non-payment, security concerns, abusive activity, or material violations of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue features, subject to reasonable notice where appropriate.

Intellectual property

ReplyMantra and its underlying software, interfaces, and branding remain the property of ReplyMantra AI and its licensors. Except for the limited rights necessary to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the limited rights you grant us to host, process, index, and display that content to deliver the service.

Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public confidential information with reasonable care and may use it only as necessary to perform under the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or where continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of India, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
